Cacao Buchteln - Kakao Buhtle




Ingredients:
500g flour
dry yeast (7g)
30g cacao
80g butter
40g sugar
1 tbsp rum
1 egg
170ml milk
80g salt
orange zest
powdered sugar for decoration


Ingredient for fill:
nutella


Preparation:

Add yeast, to flour, cocoa mandatory sift in flour as not to create lumps.
Then add the warm butter, add the sugar, the spoon of rum, the egg, warm milk and blend the smooth dough.

Place the dough in the bowl and leave it to rise until the volume is doubled for about 1 hour.
Then slice the dough and cut into rectangular shapes and put each spoon on each rectangle and shape it.

I have left buns in a round baking pan and cover them. And then leave buns to rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake Buhtle in the preheated oven to 180 ° C, 35min.

Cool and sprinkle Buhtle with powdered sugar.

Kakao Buhtle

Sastojci:
500g glatkog brašna 
1 vrećica suhog kvasca (7g)
30g kakaa
80g maslac
40g šećera
1 žlica ruma
1 jaje
170ml milijeka
80g soli
narančina korica
šećer u prahu za posipanje

Punjenje:
nutella


Priprema:
Brašnu dodajte kvasac, kakao obvezno prosijte u brašno kako se ne bi stvarale grudice. Zatim  dodajte maslac sobne temperature, dodajte šećer, žlicu ruma, jaje, toplo mlijeko i zamjesite glatko tijesto.

Tijesto stavite u posudu prekrijte i ostavite nek se diže, dok se ne udvostruči volumen oko 1h.
Zatim tijesto razvaljate i izrežite u pravokutne oblike i na svaki pravokutnik stavite žličicu nutele i oblikujte buhtlu.



Ja sam buhtle stavila u okrugli protvan (tepsiju, ruštijeru) te ih prekrila i ostavila da se dižu još 30 min. Buhtle pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180°C, 35min.


Buhtle izvadite, ohladite i pospite šečerom u prahu.
