Ingredients:
500g chicken breast
500g of champignons
salt as needed
ground pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 dl tomato sauce
1 dl of white wine
pinch mixture of Mediterranean spices (sage, thyme, oregano, basil, parsley)

Preparation:
Chicken breasts cut into strips, season with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in the pan and put pieces of chicken to fry.
Fry chicken for 2-3 minutes, on both sides to get golden color.
Slice champignons and add them to chicken.
Add tomato sauce, white wine and cook until it softens and excess liquid does evaporate.
At the end of the cooking add a mixture of Mediterranean spices.
The addition may be rice,mashed potatoes, pasta. In my case it's pasta.
Pour pasta in salt water, skim it and add champignons and chicken and serve.

Sastojci:
500g pilećih prsa
500g šampinjona
soli prema potrebi
mljevenog papra
4 žlice maslinovog ulja (ili neke druge masnoće)
1 dl paradajz sosa
1 dl bijelog vina
prstohvat mješavine mediteranskog začina (kadulja, majčina dušica, origano, bosiljak, peršin)
Priprema:
Pileća prsa isjeći na trakice, posoliti i popapriti.
U tavi zagrijte maslinovo ulje pa stavite komadiće piletine da se poprže.
Piletinu pržiti 2-3 min, s obje strane da porumeni. Šampinjone izrezati na krupnije šnitice pa
dodati piletini. Piletini i šampinjonima dodati paradajz sos i bijelo vino i pustiti da se kuha
dok ne omekša i višak tekućine ne ispari.
Na kraju kuhanja dodati mješavinu mediteranskih začina.
Dodatak jelu može biti riža, pire krumpir, tjestenina. U mojem slučaju je tjestenina.
Tjesteninu skuhati u slanoj vodi, procijediti je i dodati gljivama i piletini i servirati.
