Boiled mackerel fish

Mackerel fish belong to the so-called ‘pesce azzurro’(blue fish) category thanks to the silver-blue hue of their skin. It is a great source of brain-boosting omega-3 fatty acids, popular and easy to prepare. Mackerel can be cooked in many different ways, though baking, barbecuing, grilling and pan-frying, and even a pate. You need 20–30 minutes for termic preparation. Mackerel is very flavourful fish, that can be balanced with citrus aromas. Mackarel is a fish that can be served with diferent kinds of salads.



Ingredients:
1.5 liter water
1kg Mackerel 
1 tbsp salt
1 sliced onion
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp olive oil
3-4-white peppercorns
Dill
Parsley


Preparation:
Put cleaned and washed fish in cold water to boil, and add rest of the ingredients.
After the water starts to boil, keep boiling it for 20 minutes. After the fish is boiled, serve it. 

To make fish more flavourful, make a dressing with olive oil, choped garlick, dill, parsley, and half lemone juice.

Skuša na lešo

Skuša pripada u kategoriju plave ribe, vrlo je lijepe glatke i sjajne plavo-srebrne kože. Bogata je omega-3 masnim kiselinama, vrlo je popularna, lagana za spremanje. Može se spremati na razne načine npr. pečenje, grilanje, prženje i kuhanje, također je pogodna i za spremanje paštete. Treba joj 20-30 min. termičke obrade. Ima intenzivniji okus, nego druge ribe koji se može balansirati citrusnim aromama.

Skuša je riba koja se može posluživati uz raznovrsne salate.

Satojci:
1.5 litra vode
1kg skuše
1 žlica soli
1 narezani crveni luk
2 češnja češnjaka
3 žlice maslinovog ulja
3-4 zrna bijelog papra
kopar
peršin


Priprema:
U hladnu vodu staviti očišćenu i opranu ribu, dodati sve navedene sastojke. 
Nakon što voda počne kuhati, nastaviti s kuhanjem još 20min.
Nakon završetka kuhanja ribu izvaditi, složiti na tanjur. 

Kako bi riba bila ukusnija, napravite dresing od maslinovog ulja u koji će te nasjeckati češnjak, kopar i peršin, po želji stavite i pola limunovog soka.
